MetaboAmp™ with Nervalax™ is a proprietary blend of herbs and supplements combined into a single weight loss formula.  Although dosages are not listed below, the actual ingredients are here.  In addition, please see below for other supplements I will be taking during this process and why they weren’t included in the formula.

Green Tea Extract – minimum 50% EGCG and 80% catechins – decaffeinated

Sphaeranthus Indicus Flower Extract

Green Coffee Bean Extract – minimum 50% chlorogenic acids – decaffeinated

Garcinia Mangosteen Rind Extract (not Garcinia Cambogia)

Rhodiola Rosea (stress reduction and combats increased cortisol levels during stress)

Caffeine (roughly equivalent to 2 cups of coffee per day)

L-theanine (combats the “jitteriness” from caffeine)

Additional supplements:

Centrum® daily – it is difficult to get all of the vitamins and minerals necessary when you are eating a low calorie diet. I am not fond of vegetables, so this is especially important for me. Centrum is a registered trademark of Pfizer and is not affiliated with Herbal Adjunct or MetaboAmp in any way.

Glucomannan Root – I am disclosing this because it too has been shown to aid in weight loss.  I am taking it primarily because I will be utilizing a low carbohydrate diet and because I don’t get enough fiber in my normal diet, and even less so when I eat low-carb.  Not only does Glucomannan slow the absorption of sugar and cholesterol, but it absorbs a LOT of water, which is awesome if you tend to get constipated by low carb diets, which I do.  If you don’t need a water absorbing fiber supplement, it may cause loose stools, which of course, is why not everyone trying to lose weight would benefit from it.
